Meditation practice isn’t about trying to throw ourselves away and become something better, it’s about befriending who we are' (Ani Pema Chodron). Getting to know ourselves is like going on a continuous journey where the road has many exciting twists and turns. This is where there is no fear or anxiety of being alone and spending time with ourselves is a joyful experience. We find our true selves and appreciate that inner peace that most search for but never find.
