Buddha was asked, 'what have you gained from meditation?' He replied, 'nothing! However. Buddha said, let me tell you what I lost: Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Insecurity, Fear of Old age, and Death.' A thought for today! Meditation helps us to come face to face with ourselves, it allows us to diminish negative emotions until they are no longer part of our lives.
